Pastors John and Gabrielle Rodrigue are founders and Pastors of Covenant Church in Castle Rock, Colorado under the covering and affiliation with Church in Covenant International. Pastors John and Gabrielle are also the proud parents of four children Keaton, Hayes, Isabelle and Juliana.
Pastor John felt a call to the ministry at the age of 16. He began his ministry as a youth pastor in Louisiana and then furthered his calling by attending Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. John graduated in 1997 with a degree in Pastoral Ministries and Business Administration. Shortly after graduation he and Gabrielle, newly married, relocated to Carrollton, Texas to attend and serve at Covenant Church. In 2002 he was blessed with the opportunity to work under Pastor Mike Hayes at Covenant Church in Carrollton as the director of the Ministers Training Institute. John successfully developed the ministry training program while gaining priceless ministry experience. During His tenure with MTI, John had the opportunity to minister to and teach his student as well as many others internationally in countries such as Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Indonesia.

Pastor Gabrielle was raised at Covenant Church in Carrollton and always knew that someday she would marry a pastor and be in the ministry. Her passion for people led her to pursue a degree in pastoral ministry with a specialization in music at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. During her studies on campus, Gabrielle traveled with the Schools ensemble, ministering at churches in the southern region of the United States. Upon Graduation from SAGU, Gabrielle assisted in the worship department at Covenant Church as well as serving on staff at Covenant for over 7 years. While on Staff she served in a number of capacities including the Major events department and serving as the Wedding Coordinator.
John and Gabrielle met while attending Southwestern A/G University in the fall of 1995 and were married in June of 1997. Shortly after their wedding they felt the need to relocate to Carrollton, TX and attend Covenant Church. While building a family and experiencing great training and teaching they continued toward their destiny, to plant a church in Castle Rock, Colorado.
In the fall of 2003, John shared their vision for the church plant with Pastor Mike Hayes. With the support and covering of Covenant Church they were ordained and sent to start this new work.
